Manhattan Beach Engagement Photographer

We had a blast with Susie and Kev during their short two day stop in Manhattan Beach on their honeymoon. Yup--they had us take Manhattan Beach engagement pictures of them after they were married. How's that for a twist?

Thanks guys for the 5 star review on CitySearch!
"We had such a fantastic experience with Jeff at Graham and Graham Photography. We are from the UK and had always wanted pictures taken on the beach in Manhattan as an engagement photo shoot. We missed that but did manage to have them done following our wedding while we were on our honeymoon. Jeff exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did he respond to our inquiry immediately offering a package perfectly suited to us, but he stayed in touch up until the day of the shoot and was there at the beach waiting for us, camera in hand. We spent the hour in various positions and locations and Jeff made sure he got a variety of shots with a range of different lighting. He then endeavoured to have our photos presented in a lovely box ready at our hotel by the time we checked out for our flight the next day. What service! And the photos were absolutely beautiful, particularly some of the wonderful sunset shots. We will treasure them forever and are struggling to choose which ones to frame! I only wish Jeff had photographed our wedding too."

Manhattan Beach Engagement Photography | Gina and Eric

Gina and Eric stopped in beautiful Manhattan Beach for a quick Labor Day visit before returning home to Chicago, and met us at the beach for a classic Manhattan Beach engagement photography session.
It was another evening of amazing sunsets--it doesn't look like this in the Windy City, does it?

Redondo Beach Bride

One more favorite from the Redondo Beach Wedding shoot for Alexis and Phil.

San Pedro Wedding Video highlights | Doubletree Hotel

Here's some special moments from Cecile and Bryan's San Pedro wedding at the Doubletree Hotel, produced by David Medill for Graham & Graham Photography.

Redondo Beach Wedding | Redondo Beach Wedding Photographer

Alexis and Phil live by the beach, and dreamed of a beautiful beach wedding down the street from their home, a classic Redondo Beach wedding. We were thrilled to help them achieve it, and they helped us by agreeing to hang with us by the waves, awaiting sunset, and delaying their grand entrance to their reception at the San Pedro Fish Market.
And what an amazing sunset it was! Amazing couple too!

San Pedro Doubletree Hotel Wedding | San Pedro Wedding Photographer

Cecile and Bryan thought it would be really cute to bring along some frames for their San Pedro wedding at the Doubletree Hotel. The notion was for friends and family to pose in style. So much so, the couple even had a little frame sitting atop their wedding cake.
So during the reception, we couldn’t resist–we had to ask the couple to pose as well with a frame, right on the dance floor.

The ceremony was held at the Doubletree as well, a big and popular facility–so much so, there were multiple weddings going on
at the same time. Luckily, our couple got one of the prettiest alcoves, full of greenery, without any distraction from the other weddings. Parking was even plentiful–and free. The hotel is by the water, a short one-block walk away–and a great backdrop for photos.

Redondo Beach Wedding Photographer | Chart House by the Sea

A lot of folks dream of the perfect Redondo Beach wedding on the sand, on a private beach, with an amazing backdrop of ocean waves and rocks, and incredible food nearby for the reception. Such a dream became a reality for Vivian and Eric a few weeks ago for their dream Redondo Beach wedding at the Chart House and Crystal Cove,

The Crystal Cove apartments own the private beach, and works with the Chart House to run the private beach wedding ceremonies, which come with an indoor or outdoor reception afterwards, catered, naturally, by the Chart House.

It was the second time around for the bride and groom, so we especially loved capturing the big, happy combined new family by the sea, as pictured above!

Manhattan Beach Bat Mitzvah | Congregation Tikvat Jacob

This image of Jake here is THE iconic portrait for a Congregation Tikvat Jacob Bar Mitzvah. Proud boy or girl holding the torah. We've done this shot many, many times over the years at CTJ, but never like this. CTJ members might wonder--that doesn't look like CTJ!

That's because CTJ just underwent a 3 month construction project that puts a total new sheen to the venerable institution. "It's not a remodel," says Rabbi Mark Hyman. "It's a brand new sanctuary."
Same Rabbi and Cantors, same torah, same chairs--but everything else is new. A beautiful new wooden adornment to the torah, new lighting--words don't do it justice. Go take a look.
Jake had the honor of being the first Bar Mitzvah at the new CTJ--we met with him and the family two days later for his official portraits.

The Jones family headed west from Texas to bring their kids to Disneyland--and stopped by idyllic Manhattan Beach by the sea to meet with us for Manhattan Beach family photos at the Manhattan Beach Pier.
It was another amazing sunset evening, and the Jones gang was a whole lot of fun to spend time with. Call us local chauvinists, but we're betting they don't have summer nights like this back in Texas.

We met with Caroline and her family at the Manhattan Beach Pier over the weekend for some classic Manhattan Beach family photos. If you look at the image, we've got all the icons covered--cute family, the Manhattan Beach Roundhouse and a surfer in the waves!

Five Star Review for Los Angeles Jewish Wedding Photography

Thanks Andy and Charlene for the rave, 5 star review on Citysearch for your Los Angeles Jewish Wedding! We were thrilled to be there for you.
"Jeff and his son were amazing and professional photographers who did our wedding justice. The videographer was also outstanding beyond compare. Even though I do not live close to Jeff. he schlepped out to meet with me again and again, without hesitation. Jeff's rates are exceedingly reasonable and we had our video and a flash drive full of thousands of photos within a week. I couldn't imagine a better choice for wedding photography."

Another Rave Review from Long Beach Bride | Thanks Rose!

This just in from our beautiful June Long Beach bride, Rose! Thanks for the Yahoo Local writeup!
"I can't say enough about Jeff's work from Graham and Graham Photography. He captured all of the fun of the day (and night) and we now have so many fantastic shots to choose from--I'm blown away. He was professional and great to work with. We had pictures the next day, and a full album, framed photos and over 2000 pictures almost immediately. The quality is amazing. Thank you Jeff!"

A Jewish Wedding in Beverly Hills | Nessah Synagogue

We’re walking down the street in Beverly Hills, doing couple shots for Moe and Ilana on their Beverly Hills wedding day, when we spot a big, red, flashy Beverly Hills fire truck. We run over to the driver and politely ask if our couple can jump on and pose for photos. He declines, saying they’ve got to get moving when the light turns green. “Moe, quick, jump on,” we scream, hoping to snap a few shots before the truck indeed has to dash away. Moe runs, Ilana follows, and we snap one of our all-time favorite couple shots. Such expressions! Such fun!
Ilana and Moe got wed at Nessah Synagogue in Beverly Hills, with a traditional, Orthodox wedding and we were thrilled to be along for the ride.

Long Beach Wedding Photographer | Long Beach Wedding | The Madison

Rose and Adam had their big day in Long Beach over the weekend, in a "rose" themed wedding from the flowers to the wedding cake. We are fighting the urge to say that it was a "rosy" day or any cliche like that, but the couple sure seemed happy, and the flowers added a wonderful glow to Rose--who probably would have been glowing anyway.
The wedding was held at St. Cornelius church, followed by a reception at the Madison on trendy Pine Avenue. The Madison is a former bank--brides and grooms get to pose by the vault, as seen here.
Here's 11 highlights from Saturday's fabulous Long Beach wedding.
