University Synagogue Irvine Bar Mitzvah Photographer

It was our first visit to University Synagogue of Irvine for Orange County Bar Mitzvah photography, and we loved it. The large, auditorium seating of the reconstructionist temple provides a homey feel, and the rabbi and cantor offer a really musical service for the Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. Here are some of our favorite images of Jared, during his University Synagogue Irvine Bar Mitzvah.

Orange County's Temple Beth Sholom | Rabbi Heidi Cohen & Cantor David Reinwald

It was our pleasure recently to do new headshots for the clergy at Orange County's Temple Beth Sholom in Santa Ana, senior Rabbi Heidi Cohen and Cantor David Reinwald.

Richard Agajanian, one of the members of the Graham & Graham Photography team, did the above shot for us.
TBS is one of our all-time favorite temples to document Bar & Bat Mitzvahs with photography and video. We love to listen to Rabbi Cohen and never miss her blog. In putting this post together, we pulled some of our favorite Rabbi Cohen shots--enjoy!

Temple Beth David Westminster Bar Mitzvah | Nathaniel

Back in 2006, we visited Temple Beth David in Westminster for the first time, to photography Myles' Bar Mitzvah. This month we returned--it was little brother Nathaniel's turn at the torah--and now he's all grown up!
That's Nathaniel and his dad Steven, pictured above, looking over the torah before the ceremony. Below is the Bar Mitzvah boy and his family.

Nathaniel, who calls himself a "Jewsian,"--is a lot of fun to be around--a real cut-up.
Below, images from his party at the Long Beach Marriott.

Orange County Bar Mitzvah | Adam | Temple Beth Shalom

We returned to Santa Ana's Temple Beth Shalom Saturday for a wonderful Orange County Bar Mitzvah.
TBS is one of our all-time favorite temples--what a beautiful spot!
That's Adam at the torah--next up, some shots from the fun basketball themed reception at the Santa Ana Doubletree!
